Ship Converters

COMMON CARRIER LTL SHIPPING

BOXES ON PALLETS (GAYLORDS)

When shipping whole converters, package them in a large box (gaylord) on a pallet, then cover with cardboard and shrink wrap. If you are not shipping enough converters to fill the gaylord, cut and fold over the sides, then tape and shrink wrap or use steel banding. With this method, we receive a minimum of 30 converters up to 150 converters or more in a gaylord box. For all converter transactions we issue purchase order agreements stating our terms, and the quote will be FOB your location. Last, if you have oxygen sensors, we will price them and if acceptable, you can box the sensors and add them to your shipment.

First, our converter sellers cannot be individuals. We only purchase from companies related to auto recycling, scrap steel recycling, tow truck companies, auto repair services centers, or mechanics. These customers normally ship 4-8 converters at a time.

Remember to always trim the converter tailpipes close to the converter body to reduce the dimensions and remove excess steel, which will reduce your cost of shipping to our facility in Murrieta, California.
